WE ADDED AN AUDITION DATE FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO COULD NOT MAKE IT TO THE ORIGINAL
SATURDAY, APRIL 6TH!
WHO: we are looking for writers/directors/performers/stage managers ages 19 and up of all races, gender identities, religions and backgrounds.
WHAT: we are adding to the company to perform regular in-person, Zoom and pop-up performances throughout Southeast Michigan and across the country (with our Zoom format).
WHEN: Submissions are due April 5th, Auditions will be held April 6th - Callbacks are held the week of April 22nd, and final training for accepted company members will be determined by the group! If you cannot make this date please let us know and we may be able to accommodate you.
WHERE: Auditions to be held on Zoom for anyone outside of the Southeast Michigan area or in-person at the Matrix Theatre Company in Detroit - 2730 Bagley St. Detroit, MI 48216
WHY: If you are interested in producing original, interactive, impactful theatre in a variety of setting we are the company for you!
HOW: We request two original pieces of writing. Ideally these would be about 2 minutes long and would showcase who you are as a person and as an artist...don't overthink it, just have fun!
